Heat from the sun causes the expansion of molecules, when molecules are heated they tend to move around bouncing off each other which would cause the weather to be windy.
Humid air is less dense than normal air.
What is the Bernoulli Principle, provide an example or application of this.
Bernoulli's Principle states that as the speed of a moving fluid increases, the pressure within the fluid decreases.
An air plane relies on Bernoulli's Principle to generate lift on its wings. The curve of the wing makes the air move faster, reducing its pressure. Another is the carburettor. The air moving through the throat "pulls" fuel into the air stream due to its reduced pressure. (However, most modern cars use fuel injectors which operate differently.) The kite is also an example of Bernoulli, the kite experiences an ideal ratio of pressure from the slower-moving air below versus the faster-moving air above, and this gives it lift.
